    Amazing! Congratulations for the paint job! I think this is the most perfect finished printed plane I have seen.

    BTW: Do you know the color code (RAL) for the bright stripe around the fuselage right before the tail. I think it’s a kinda greenish white, but not sure.

    Added a coat of satin varnish +30-40gr. Protects the paint and adds an amazing finish. Really happy how it went together. Ready for the maiden now.

    That is a beautiful plane, the best painted 3D plane I’ve seen. I love your finish, any chance you could share the details – sand, filler, sand and repeat? Paint type? I’ve started a P-38in clear (I love seeing the engineering), but will definitely have to try this, at 1.7m it should be the perfect practical size, I look forward to hearing about the flight.     Beautiful! How did you get the canopy to come out so clear? Did you vacuum form one yourself or is that printed? If printed what filament did you use?
