Hi all! I was so excited to start putting this plane together that I simply did not do all the printing research I should have before I started. I printed my entire fuselage, wings, elevator, and rudder at with a 2 shell thickness of .4mm. So my airplane is probably almost TWICE AS HEAVY as it is supposed to be at .8mm shell thickness. The landing gear, ailerons, horizontal stabilizer, and vertical stabilizer are or have yet to be printed as the should be with 1 shell.
I am hoping to still be able to fly this aircraft. I know it will be faster than normal and may require a more powerful motor. I just want to hear what you guys think about it and if anyone else made the same or similar mistake. Thank you!!!
