Can 3D Labprint adjust the Option A to fit suggested retract hole spacing? just needs adjusted 1.5 mm in toward center on both sides and it will be perfect!

    Hi Pigflite,

I must admit the gap did not cause me any concern when using LG option A as the screws are what hold the retract frame firmly in place.

I note also the force on the landing gear will be along the centre line of the retract, so the screws will take all the force on landing, not the tightness of the retract in the slot.

If you wanted to fill the gap you could always fill the gap with EPA hard foam or print some PLA to the thickness required for the gap on each side.

Probably hard EPA foam would be best as this will still allow a bit of flex in the mount when screwing it into the wing section.

    Hi Stepan,

The updated factory file shows infill at 0%.

When I printed the original LG housing A pieces I used 30% infill.

What are your preferences for the infill percentage?

    Regards,
    Ross

in this case 0% (we use infill only with some thick parts)

    Hi Stepan,

Thank you, I have taken my files back to zero infill.

    Regards,
    Ross
