    Hello,

The advised motor “AX-4008Q-620KV Brushless Quadcopter Motor” @ HK is no longer available for the small Spitfire and P51
What’s a good replacement motor for the discontinued motor from above?

    Thanks in advance, Joeri

    also a 28xx With ~1200kv and 3s will do it.All motormounts included.i use a 2212 10T 1400kv 5.-$ from Banggood also enough.Spitfire needs long nose file.

Im printing a Spitfire currently and have a 2212 10T 1400Kv motor on hand. What was your flying experience using that motor and what prop did you use?

I just finished the Spitfire and put an HK D3536-1400 in it. It should have plenty of power based on the amount of pull it has. Don’t even think of using the short nose because even with the 3536 motor and a 4s 50c 4200 battery shoved all the way forward it barely makes the CG. All up weight ready to fly is 1236g. I hope it flies like it has the huge wing area that it does instead of like it’s 1236g. Tomorrows Maiden day.

The plane balances better with a 4s 2200 battery. FYI
