Finally got her ready for the maiden flight. Tomorrow morning she will hopefully take off the first time.
    Isn’t she a beauty?! 🙂

Maiden flight today. What shall I say….she flies…and how she flies! Great! Just great! 🙂

Here’s a short video of the first flight:

    And the happy pilot afterwards…

Such a beauty indeed. Just one little detail, the Czech flag circle should have the red color on the bottom (as the blood always flows down we’re saying) 😉

Thanks for the advise. I will change it. Hopefully my Czech ancestors didn’t see it from above… 😉

What a beautiful bird…. May I know what is the size MAS prop you use? Also, did you have a chance to measure the weight before and after the nice paint job?

    Thanks! 🙂

It’s a 14×9 prop but I changed it to a 15×8 due to more thrust.
Sorry, but I didn’t weigh it before the paintjob.

Congratulations for extremely beautiful aircraft. Can I ask how much time did you spend to print all parts and what 3d printer you use?

    Regards

    Boris

    Thanks!

I printed it with a Creality CR-10 but I don’t know how long it took.
    Maybe 200 – 250 hours.
