Hello, our Gcodes are generating with Simplify3D (we are using the Factory files setting which is also included) yes we get the best result with Simlify3D so far.

Hm, did you try also different PLA brand, your room temperature?, try decrease bed temperature to 55-65 Celsiue, so far I have no next Idea…
are you sure you dont mess some parts, lot of stearmans already printed without this issue… (you can se it also from our videos)
Hello did you use PLA filament? It looks like ABS to me.

We recommend anneal this PLA printed motor mount, it can than deal with 120Celsius…
not yet…, PLA works OK so far even for this bigger plane…
The best way is to use or look at Factory (Simplify3D) file with all setting and arranged STLs, you can then edit it for your printer parameters…
