Hello as I wrote above, scaling in Z axis about 3% should probably not make any issue and influence on flight behavior…

Yes it could be the reason… A8 with E3D already worked with our gcodes…
Maybe you could try our prepared gcode directly, is included in newer test parts f.e. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1810679

Hello and thanks for interest, please let Us know some information, you print from our prepared Gcode or you generated own with some slicer? Which printer? Temperatures?
From this photos it looks to me like your Extruder/HotEnd/Nozzle issue… did the HotEnd cooling fan run all the time of print?

and jus some explanation about our STLs: Our STL model is a little bit specific so some slicing and CAD softwares may report an error upon slicing/printing. Don’t worry though, the files are OK. After very careful development we realized that the models must be designed this way if we want to achieve the required strength to weight ratio. Simplify3D is the best slicer for our STL models (not only) generally gives much better print results. Finally looks like new CURA version is unusable for Us…

I suppose you did use our prepared Gcodes, yes? If yes, please try decrease bed temperature by 5 celsius, you an do this just before print on your printer LCD panel…
