    Hi Marc,
In some place that it’s hard to put the nuts by hand, please use a piece of filament like this photo https://drive.google.com/open?id=1EP1NR9AA6H1C3A139NX0rl1v3_4rpdyP
Please use M2 x 8mm screw and nut, they are popular in mechanic shop around your home, just ask the seller the name.

    Regards.

    Hi,
It’s no problem if we do it quickly. The heat will affect the film before the wing structure.

    Dear,
You can use any covering film type which has one adhesive side (glass window covering film for example).
Apply the adhesive side into the wing’s surface, cut off the leftover film and using lighter to make the edge more sticky.
Or you can read this article, this is a more professional way https://hobbyking.com/en_us/news/apply-covering-film-aeroplane?___store=en_us

I have not tried to use packaging tape yet but Im afraid it’s not suitable because the wing structure is complex and the tape is too thin.
    Regards.

    Dear,
This motor would suitable for the Kaier Falcon https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-multistar-2216-800kv-14pole-multi-rotor-outrunner.html?___store=en_us
Please also get a suitable propeller for the max thrusting with 3S baterry.

    Regards.

    Hi Al,
A new model should has different specification, and it should be a new design from A to Z on sketch. What we could reuse is knowledge. This is not a lego game that we can reuse any part for a bigger design. That is my point of engineering.
By the way, the customer would like to buy something new, not a similar one, I know that and I dont waste time to do something uninnovative. That is my point of business.
    Regards.

    Hi Pyurgal,
You can try 2216 – 800kv or 1400kv. As long as combining with a suitable propeller that will produce over 1Kg of thrust (using an electronic balance to test).
Or you can give me the website you like to order from, I will find a suitable motor for you.

    Regards.

    Hi Al,
The reason is if I modify the wing span, I should modify the whole plane structure. That will not a modification anymore and it would take a lot of time, please understand.
as I said, I will make a modification to make the aircraft lighter and printing faster.
Thank you for your suggestions. I will take them on the next improvement for this aircraft. That will be another version, not a modification.

    Thank you and regards.

    Hi David,
Please try with 20% infill. 100% infill is OK (not so different for the strength or weight) but it would take you more time.

    Regards.

    Hi Al,
Im sorry the website does not send notification when a topic is posted so I did not know about it.
As I said in the email sent to you, I will have a modification to make the build easier and lighter but not extending the wing span.
If you want to make a modification by your self, I will support you by giving the technical drawing of the wing.

    Thank you.

    Hi David,
The 50mm carbon tubes are for strengthening the wings and making steady joint to the fuselage (the tubes should penetrate 20mm into the holes on the fuselage).
The fuselage structure is already firm enough to handle the forces on high speed and is tested. Therefore another reason for not making the tube go through the fuselage is for saving them on mishap, we dont want to waste the tubes unnecessarily.
If you get any experience on your coming flight please share with us and we would want to make some upgrade in future.

    Thank you and regards.

    Dear,
You can use any regular type of M2x6 bolt and nut. For example this type https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/kjYAAOSwopRYkkMy/s-l300.jpg
As long as the diameter is 2mm, and at least 6mm long. The knurled cap might not be suitable because we need screw driver for almost cases.

Dear, the folding prop already has spinnner then we dont need it anymore.
My spinner design is only for non-foldable prop, I will send you on the next 2-3 days.

    Regards.
