Terms & Conditions

Effective from 5 November 2026

1. Who we are

The online store at 3dlabprint.com (the “Store”) is operated by 3Dfense s.r.o., registered office Hvozdecká 1030/25, 641 00 Brno, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 22547436, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ22547436, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno (the “Seller”, “we”). Contact: support@3dlabprint.com.

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made in the Store by consumers and businesses (the “Customer”, “you”).

2. What we sell

The Store offers:

  • Digital content – downloadable files for 3D printing (STL files, G-codes, instructions and related materials) (“Digital Products”);
  • Physical goods – e.g. RC equipment and accessories (“Goods”).

3. Ordering and conclusion of contract

By submitting an order you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by e-mail. We may refuse an order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability. The contract is concluded in English and archived electronically.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in USD and exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is added at checkout according to the destination country (EU VAT / OSS rules). Business customers from other EU countries with a valid VAT ID may purchase under the reverse-charge mechanism (0% VAT) after VIES validation.

Payment methods: credit/debit card (processed by Stripe) and PayPal. The order is processed after payment is credited. An invoice (PDF) is issued electronically and sent by e-mail / available in your account.

5. Delivery of Digital Products and licence

Download links for Digital Products are made available immediately after payment in your customer account (“My Account → Downloads”) and/or by e-mail.

Digital Products are licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use: you may print the models for yourself, repair and modify them for your own use. You may not share, publish, resell, or otherwise distribute the files (original or modified), nor sell printed models commercially without our prior written consent. All intellectual property rights remain with the Seller.

6. Delivery of Goods

Goods are shipped from the Czech Republic via carriers offered at checkout (e.g. Packeta/Zásilkovna, GLS). Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk of damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the shipment on receipt and report visible damage to the carrier and to us without undue delay.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Goods: As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods without giving a reason, by sending a notice to support@3dlabprint.com. Return the Goods within 14 days of withdrawal; you bear the direct cost of return. We will refund the price including standard delivery costs within 14 days (we may withhold the refund until we receive the Goods back). You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the Goods.

Digital Products: By placing an order for a Digital Product you expressly consent to delivery of the digital content before expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; § 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code) once the download is made available.

8. Defects and complaints

We are liable for defects in accordance with Czech law. For consumers, Goods are covered for defects that become apparent within 2 years of receipt; Digital Products must conform to the contract (correct, complete and usable files). To make a claim, contact support@3dlabprint.com with your order number and a description of the defect. We will resolve complaints without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days. Defective Digital Products are typically resolved by supplying a corrected file.

Please note that the quality of a printed model depends on your printer, material and settings; printing results are not themselves a defect of the Digital Product.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may address disputes to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Final provisions

These Terms and all contracts are governed by the law of the Czech Republic; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. We may amend these Terms; orders are governed by the version effective at the time of ordering.
