Aerobatic glider with scale flight characteristics designed by Markus Desel offers two possibilities. You can make it electric powered, or as a pure glider with a tow release mechanism, and what is great about this, the nose is hot swappable. With it’s 2.8 meter wingspan this seems to be the largest 3D printed plane so far.
What’s included:
The SZD-21-2B „Kobuz 3“ is originally designed for aerobatic flight. It’s 3D printed RC variant is a thermal glider with scale flight characteristics. Flying this plane requires some previous experience and should not be considered as a beginner plane.
3D-printed model-airplane with 2880mm wingspan. 4 channel controls + flaps and tow-release/motor. Takeoff weight (motorized) ca. 4kg. The model is capable of light aerobatics and features airfoil designed for scale gliding.
